who we Are
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Utah organization dedicated to saving lives. ANBAR is a foster-based rescue focused on providing cats and dogs loving temporary homes while awaiting their forever homes. ANBAR primarily focuses in the Weber/Davis County region, but we also accept transfers from throughout northern Utah and surrounding states. ANBAR’s ultimate mission is to give every rescue a new beginning.

We host our adoption events every Saturday at Petco in Layton, Utah from 12pm - 4pm
